The story

Why we're building this

Miami has beaches. Miami has wellness studios. Wellness is everywhere.

But Miami doesn't have a community sauna — a place where locals come together around heat and cold, week after week.

That's what we're building.

We're Marat and Mark, two founders who chose Miami for this.

After months of looking, we found the right place: a quiet corner just minutes from Downtown Miami and a short walk from Buena Vista. What made us choose it was the banyan tree, rising above the buildings around it. It became our landmark, our shade, and the heart of this project.

Our sauna is a custom-built shipping container, now being built in Miami. Right beside it is a cold plunge. Under the banyan tree, we're creating a simple outdoor space with woven seating in terracotta and gray.

We're not building a spa. We're not building a hotel amenity.

We're building a community sauna, funded by the people who'll actually use it, and named after them.

We're building Oasis with an experienced fabrication team based in Miami.

This isn't their first project. It's what they do every day.

Our sauna is already in production. The container is being built locally by professionals who deliver commercial projects on schedule. The cold plunge, the structure, and every detail are part of a process that's already underway.

We didn't start with an idea. We started with the people who know how to build it.

Where it appears depends on your membership level. Some names will be placed inside the clubhouse. Others will become part of the brass slab beneath the banyan tree. Every name becomes a permanent part of Oasis.

What is Kickstarter, and why are you launching there?

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform where creators launch projects with community support. We chose it because it lets us build the sauna with the people who'll actually use it — and the founding tier prices (starting at $29) reflect that. This is community-funded, not investor-funded.

What happens if the $80,000 goal isn't reached?

Kickstarter uses an all-or-nothing model. If we don't hit $80,000 by November 5, no card is charged and the project doesn't move forward. We're confident we'll hit it — but that's how the platform works, and we want you to know upfront.

Where in Miami will the sauna be located?

Miami, on NE 2nd Ave — walking distance to Buena Vista's cafes and restaurants, and minutes from Downtown Miami. We chose this specific spot for its cultural weight and the banyan tree that anchors the site.

We'll share the exact address when we go live on Kickstarter. If you're a local, you probably already know the lot — the banyan tree is hard to miss.

When exactly will it open?

2026. Construction is already underway — the container is being fabricated now, the site is prepared, and the design is finalized. Founding members hear the exact date first — on Instagram and email.

Can I gift a session to someone else?

Yes. The Supporter tier ($29) is designed to be gifted — a digital certificate you can email to anyone. Higher tiers can also be transferred if needed.

Will you spam my inbox?

No. You'll get a welcome email with the Sneak Peek PDF, a few build updates before launch, and a notification when Kickstarter opens. That's it. Unsubscribe any time — no hard feelings.
